"It shows as delivered but it wasn’t. Live in a building with 24/7 front door people. I asked customer service to help and they told me that it shows as delivered and nothing they can do. I asked to see delivery proof photo to see if it was delivered to the wrong address and silence. Will be filing a claim with my credit card."
